2010 flood

We again are watching river levels this year. I feel very fortunate to live where we do. Flooding isn't really a problem down here unless we get a lot of rain, then you can swim down our street. Mom is much calmer this year do to the fact that the neighbor hasn't moved all his stuff into a semi-trailer like he has the last several years. I'd like to send him a thank you gift. That truck makes mom crazy, she figures if he's not worried she won't be either. We put in a second sump pit to help reduce the water pressure on the south end of our house. Ever since the basement was finished we've had water in two spots every year. It seems to be working. YEAH!!
