In ND you build hills!

Yep, we had a hill built! When you have to drive to find a hill to sled on you have to improvise. Randy called up Comstock Construction and they came over and piled all the snow in our back yard into a huge pile. The kids have created sled runs all over it, bumpy ones, smooth ones, even curvy ones. Nick built steps up one side so it's easier to get up and down. Last night it was finally nice enough to get out and enjoy it (at least for me, I don't do cold) If your in the area stop by and let the kids give you a push down their "mountain".

Addison's New Home!

Yes, you read that correctly. Grandma Margie (Randy's mom) was going to have a playhouse made for Addi and of course silly me thought "Oh how cute, a nice little house for her and her friends to play in". Me and my friends can play in there!!! (and plan to) It is so cute, the kitchen has custom made cupboards with refrigerator, stove and microwave and is painted yellow. The living room is a moss green color and the upstairs loft is cotton candy pink. There is even a chandelier in the dining room, it is just unbelievable. Randy wants to have a house warming party when it gets here, heaven knows we can fit the whole neighborhood inside. Kudos to Margie, Jim and her carpenter friend on a job WELL DONE!!!!

A Wonderful Christmas!

This was truly a wonderful Christmas. We were home both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Which for anyone who knows us is a change from our normal routine of go go go. The boys were also home with us both days which was a change from the last 6 years. It was by far the best Christmas I've ever had!!! My parents, Randy's sister Brenda and son Sean joined us for meals, excited gift openings and just some relaxation time. It was fun watching the kids play with there new toys and help Matt with his Lego set, help Addi get dolls out of packages and put on her new make-up. This weekend now it is off to Oakes to celebrate with Randy's family and to have another wonderful Christmas memory.
